Healthcare
Debesis does not manage the doctor’s calendar — that is what an EHR is for. It manages every conversation around it: the phone call to reception, the prescription request, the SMS reminder, the complaint.
Why connect them
Debesis runs in dental practices, primary care clinics and hospital administration. Each has a different bottleneck, so the configuration differs too.
Missed appointments, six-month check-up recalls and urgent pain cases that need a slot today. Automatic SMS reminders let the patient confirm or move the visit, recall invitations go out on their own, and urgent requests from the website form are called back with a same-day slot.
Reception phones are permanently busy, e-mailed prescription requests get lost and patients ask about test results through three channels at once. A prescription form, SMS notifications about ready results and one shared queue across several locations take that load off the front desk.
Beyond patient service there is coordination with the payer, patient rights and medical documentation — where every interaction has to be auditable. Each contact is logged with a timestamp, sender and the employee responsible, and formal complaints follow their own escalation path with a report for the board.
How it works
From the first call to the note in the history — in one system, whichever channel the patient chose.
Who it is for
Wherever the number of patient contacts outgrew the reception desk.
Smile Institute runs 14 practices with individual numbers and a central service team, alongside a ticketing system.
Stacja Zdrowie handles around 150 calls a day — appointments, prescriptions, referrals and test results.
Medicalgorithmics combines a phone exchange with SMS, a ticketing system, a patient portal and courier integrations for device logistics.
Complaints, patient rights and documentation requests handled with a full, auditable trail.
A phone exchange shows call history. Debesis turns every call into a case that can be assigned to a person or department, given a deadline and reported on — together with e-mail, forms and SMS.
No. Debesis handles communication with the patient, not the doctor’s schedule. It works alongside the systems the practice already uses.
Yes. Automatic SMS reminders go out before the visit and the patient can confirm or reschedule.
Among others InterClinic and Pocket ECG; other systems connect through API and webservice. The scope is agreed during implementation.
Patients are informed about recording at the start of the call, access to recordings is limited by role, and data is processed on the basis of a data processing agreement with the provider.
